Land Registry Section, ensure that you have included the following items:
- Date.
- Title number.
- Name of Lessor.
- Name of Lessee.
- Lease Class.
- Premium Value.
- Start Date.
- Land Rent.
- Survey Plan.
The attached Survey Plan must include the following:
- plan.
- title number.
- land area (in hectares).
- the parties (lessee and lessor) signatures.
Yourapplication form must include the:
- Mortgage value.
- Consent form.
- Bank document.
- Minister of Lands signature (if the land is located in the urban area or is disputed).
Ensure that yourapplication form includes the:
- Title Number.
- Name of Transferor.
- Name of Transferee.
Ensure that your application form includes the:
- Date.
- Title number.
- Name of lease owner.
- Name of bank.
The Land Registry will not accept any caution application over land that is disputed or if the lease owner is in debt. Otherwise all is needed is:
- The names of the parties involved in the caution.
