What the Cabinet does
The Ministry Cabinet is the leadership office of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources. It connects the Ministry's day-to-day work on land, minerals and water with the priorities of the Government of Vanuatu.
Policy direction
Sets the Ministry's priorities and policies for land, minerals and water resources.
Council of Ministers
Takes the Ministry's matters to the Council of Ministers and coordinates with other ministries.
Oversight of the Ministry
The Director General leads the departments and units and is responsible for their performance, budget and staff.
Partners and projects
Works with development partners on projects the Ministry delivers, such as the VARS Project.
